Q. What is your return policy?
A. Fancy Face Cosmetics is committed to offering the highest quality cosmetics. We have a support staff to assist with product selection, to insure that returns are never an issue for you. Due to sanitary and health issues we do not accept returns. We do, however, assess each claim individually. In the case that your claim is accepted, convenience fees may apply. Q. What is a Paraben?
A. Parabens are a class of chemicals widely used as preservatives in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. Parabens are effective preservatives in many types of formulas. These compounds, and their salts, are used primarily for their bactericidal and fungicidal properties. Fancy Face Cosmetics is proud to say that we DO NOT use parabens in our products. We feel they are harmful and encourage stopping use of any products that may contain them.
Q. Where do you produce?
A. Fancy Face Cosmetics proudly produces exclusively in the USA.
Q. What is the standard Lead time on orders?
A. Typically, our lead time is 14 business days. Rush orders are available. During high volume seasons, lead times may be slightly increased. You will be notified immediately for any increased lead times.
Q. Is your makeup safe for children or teenagers?
A. All of our products are hypo-allergenic and paraben free. Our patented formula adheres to itself, rather than your skin, giving your skin room to breathe. In many cases it has helped people with skin disorders and acne.
Q. You say your makeup is "professional", what does this mean?
A. Fancy Face Cosmetics produces using only the highest quality ingredients. We pride ourselves on selling department store quality products for drugstore pricing. Our customers range from women that love a natural effortless look, brides and business women, to athletes and pageant queens. Our owner, Nicole Khayat, proudly wore her Fancy Face Cosmetics as she was crowned Mrs. Illinois.
Q. I live outside of the country, do you ship internationally?
A. We develop products using ingredients that also comply with the markets of both Europe and Japan. We can provide the export documentation for and international government requirement.
